What is a Caffe Express Card?
The Caffe Express Card is a re-loadable debit card that can be used at any Caffe e Via store. It's convenient, collectible, and it makes a great gift.

Where can I use my Caffe Express Card?
You can use your Caffe Express Card at all Caffe e Via stores.

Can I use my Caffe Express Card at department stores or other locations?
No, the Caffe Express Card is only usable at Caffe e Via retail stores.

How do I know the balance on my card?
The balance can be checked at any Caffe e Via store. You can also check the balance by going to the "Express Card" section on www.caffeevia.com, or by calling 877-223-3393.

When I run out of money on my card, do I have to purchase another one?
No, Caffe Express Cards are fully re-loadable.

What happens if I lose my card?
You should treat the Caffe Express Card like cash. Keep it in a safe place, and print your name and phone number on the back. Caffe e Via is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you register your Caffe Express Card we will be able to issue you a replacement card, for the value on the card at the time you notify us.

How do I register my card?
Simply go to www.caffeevia.com and click on "Express Card". Or you can call our corporate office at 877-223-3393 and ask to register your card.

Why should I register my Caffe Express Card?
Registering your card has several benefits. If you register your card we have a record that you are the card's owner. If you ever lose or damage your Caffe Express Card, we will be able to issue you a replacement card. Please note that we can only replace the value of the card at the time you contact us, so you should notify us of any loss or damage as soon as it occurs; Caffe e Via is not responsible for any previous value on the card.

Will I still use my Caffe e Via Club Card?

Our Club Card program will be replaced with our new Caffe Express Cards.  No new club cards will be issued after May 1, 2004 and no stamped club cards will be accepted for free drinks after September 30, 2004. Take advantage of our free drink promotion when you purchase a Caffe Express Card valued at $50.00 or more.
